At B.A.D, we believe every child and family should have the chance to dance, move, and feel good—without worrying about cost or fitting in.
We run fun, friendly, and low-cost dance classes in local Bradford neighbourhoods. From Street and Afro Fusion to Contemporary and Ballet, there’s something for every style and every child. Our sessions are open to all, led by diverse tutors who reflect our community and help young people grow in confidence, creativity, and joy.
Started in 2021 through the Join Us: Move Play (JU:MP) programme, we became an independent community organisation in 2023. Our mission is to make dance accessible, especially for girls and underrepresented groups.
